JobDescription – Associate- HR Operations
This role is responsible for the day-to-day resourcing operations and people admin processes, across all HGS Departments. This will include the operational support and processing of end-to-end On-boarding process post offer acceptance through to the completion of pre-employment screening and candidate induction. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for Employee life cycle activities covering Confirmation of probation, Payroll Management, Employee engagement and Separation process.

• Checking and verifying Onboarding documents uploaded by the candidate on the Application tracking system (RMS)
• Follow-up with the candidates for Pending documentation.
• Initiate the Ex-Employee Verification for Experienced Candidates with their previous employer on Offer Acceptance.
• Track and verify information mentioned on RMS and maintain all HR-related data
• Preparing ID Cards and dispatching it to the employee/client office.
• Initiating BGV as per the client process on the RMS portal and provide the information/documents in case of insufficiencies.
• Follow-up with the BGV partner in case the TATs are crossed
• Raising request for IT assets post offer acceptance for new joiners to IT team and follow-up to ensure it is issued on DOJ.
• Share Intimation to ICICI SPOC to have Salary Account opened for those with Non ICICI accounts
2. Induction:
• Deliver induction program for all the new joinees
3. Employee Life cycle:
• Responding to the candidate/ employee queries
• Employee Data gathering, data migration, data entry- Preparation of Employee Master and timely updation of the same.
• Create Employee Self Service (ESS/LMS) portal access for new joiners on DOJ. Update Personal profile, User Master, Shift Timings and Leave Approval
• Preparing various letters –Appointment Letters, Bonafide, Internship, Confirmation, Salary Revision, Annual Increment, PIP, Relieving, etc.
• Preparing Bank upload for F&F release.
• Managing Confirmation and Probation Extension process
• Preparation of Monthly MIS for Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life and Group Accident within timelines to be shared with Employee Benefits team
• Providing necessary evidences for various client audits
• Preparation of payroll Inputs.
4. Off- Boarding:
• Co-ordinating with Employees for Exit formalities and issuing Relieving Letter and Full & final Settlement Sheet.
· Basic fundamental knowledge of HR function. A prior HR Generalist experience will be an added advantage.
· Good communication over email, phone, and in-person
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Excel.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize.
· Assertive approach and ability to work with others ensuring delivery of reports within the requested timelines.
· Ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to work & delivery in alignment to defined SLAs.
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and operate with minimal supervision.
